in
Deddington
aforesaid
in
the
possession
of
Thomas
Fennimore
with
its
appurts
I
give
devise
and
bequeath
to my
daughter
Mary
wife
of
the
said
Thomas
Fennimore
her
heirs
and
assigns
forever
Subject
to
the
payment
of
fifteen
pounds
and
fifteen
shillings
to
the
Reverend
John
Henchman
within
six
months
next
after
my
decease
but
in
case
my
said
daughter
Mary
shall
neglect
or
refuse
to
pay
to

John
Henchman
his
executors
or
administrators
